Imported Foods Information
We are closely monitoring the situation in Japan daily and checking our food sources with vendors.
Making sure foods we serve comes from safe regions or outside of Japan.
All Sake, fish, rice and all other foods imported from Japan comes from safe regions.
Katsu-ya Encino location will be closed from 03/27-04/03 for remodeling.

On 07/29 Chef Katsuya participated in “An Evening on the Beach” Festival Pre-Party on the sands of Santa Monica, Jonathan Beach Club, hosted by American Wine & Food Festival. Proceeds from all Festival events benefit Los Angeles Chapters of Meals on Wheels.
