Much anticipated 2nd Katsu-Ya restaurant was opened in May 2004, also on Ventura Blvd, Encino. Chef Katsuya's original creations Crispy Rice w/Spicy Tuna, Albacore Onion and Sesame Tuna and many other special items served at the original Studio City location is served at this new Encino location.
